These days, luxury label Gucci is regarded as fashion’s hottest streetwear brand, much like cool, in-demand street brands Supreme, Bape, Off White and Vetements.

Three years ago, people wouldn’t even associate Gucci with streetwear; today, it’s the brand of choice of style-conscious teenagers and rappers ASAP Rocky, Migos, Travis Scott and Lil Yachty.

Young and playful details on its latest footwear and apparel explain Gucci’s attraction to the stylish set: while the brand’s unmistakable green-red-green color scheme is still there, additional features like removable patches, colorful embroidery, glitter, metal work and other embellishments give the pieces a fun and free-spirited appeal.
