Making a difference in real estate can be quite challenging.
But it can be done, as shown by Prince Jun Development Corp., which recently launched its latest project, the University Tower España, which is right across the University of Santo Tomas. It also held the blessing for the fourth tower of the University Tower P. Noval, which is meanwhile located along the university belt in Manila.
Catering to students
Remaining true to its commitment, this latest student home development from Prince Jun Development offers the same kind of accessibility, security, comfort and convenience to the market that it primarily caters to: the students.
The 52-storey University Tower España, for one, is located right across UST and is just a few minutes away from the other educational institutions that include the Far Eastern University, University of the East, Philippine School for Business Administration, San Sebastian University, San Beda University, and Centro Escolar University.
The owner-developer also hired two top structural engineers from the United States to analyze existing conditions and help ensure that the building can withstand strong earthquakes and typhoons.
Comfort is also one of the company’s top priorities as the University Tower España will pamper future owners with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a gym with modern equipment for one’s daily workout.
Other amenities include a student library with computers, jogging trails, a fountain garden, cabana, and a café for sing-along parties, among others.
The University Tower España is one of the many residential condominiums that Prince Jun Development has built over the past years.
It also has a 24-storey building along Moret St.; a 32 storey tower along Galicia St.; a 38-storey condominium in Malate, Manila; and the 48-storey tower along P. Noval St.—all of which are strategically located near educational institutions to cater to the increasing residential requirements of the students.
Among the features of Prince Jun Development’s projects include the student theater, where unit owners can watch their favorite movies on the big screen without having to leave the comfort of their building. The student theater can also be used for private functions, seminars, and conferences. The University Tower P. Noval offers this particular amenity.
The tower also has a fitness center; a student café that offers delicious but affordable food; a student spa meant to help students relax amid deadlines and exams; an Olympic sized pool and a jacuzzi; a student library and business center to address the needs of students, which include photocopying, printing, and internet services for research and communication.
